Hi,

I don't know if this bass is a true or a copy.

It would be of 2004.

The wood is ok ?

The position of MEC is good about 2004 ?
...


Could you give me your professionnals opinions ?

The bass looks OK. Specs from 2004, yes. Not sure about the relocated strap button, maybe it was done after.

But it looks legit :-)

My guess about the lower strap button was relocated by someone who like the 80s and 90s position. Everything looks correct, wood wise and everything. The serial # does look a bit strange, though. All 3 of my Warwicks have a longer Serial with the last two digits being the year.
 
If you look at the serial, you see that it is deeper on the left side and lighter on the right side. And the last two digits are erased now... maybe they were visible in 2004. But it looks like a bass from that time, so no reason to question the seller's integrity :-)
 
+1. And the serial number 104xxx is right for an early 2004 bass. If anybody knew enough to pick a number in the right range, then they'd have known to add an "04" at the end. So I think Florin's right - it's legit and the serial was just stamped unevenly so the last digits have worn off.
 
Not expert but agree with the worn off serial, looks fine to me!
 
If you add 04 to the end of the serial number, the details on Warwick's serial check-up web page are consistent with the bass in the photos:
