I recently encountered an instrument with a banjo body and a 6 string guitar neck. The only identification on it are the Framus name and the number 39876-641. I can't find a picture of anything like it on your website. Can you tell me anything about it like who it was made for and why. What it cost,etc. Thanks in advance.

I don't know anything about these guitar-banjos nor their value but I'm pretty sure that the specific instrument you are talking about was built in '64
