Actually I can thank from tapatalk.

Yes I noticed that, probably because the thank you hack integrates into the templates. It's not a built in function of Tapatalk.

Click on the post and select "Thanks" on the popup menu! At least on iPhone, dunno about Android!

I managed to remove the signature : sent from ipad using tapatalk.
I don't remember how I did it though

It is under settings/signature. It was off by default for me. Also, in the message window you can turn it off with the settings tab (cogwheel).
