do Rockbasses come with straps & locks? i wanna be a geek and have a Warwick strap for me Vampyre :d:lol:

I'm more than halfway saving for my RB Vampyre woohoo!
I feel like a kid again saving change and that stray buck or two....lol....
 
They come with straplocks, but not a strap (unless they're started including straps recently).

Well, I realize now it was not an easy task... You asked for Yes or No answer :-) Yes is good, coz it has straplocks. But no strap :-)

hmmm how to get a strap cos ordering something from germany costs $$$$ for me.
 
You don't need to order from Germany. Any US Warwick Dealer, (Ask Us Music Corp) or th NY Custom Shop can help you with that.
 
oh yeah the NY Shop...duh. LOL

It's hard to find a Warwick dealer here that will actually do something. Sam Ash is a dealer but sometimes to get one of the big names to order something, is next to impossible.

The problem with gettin small items from dealers is that it is rarely worth it for them (i have to step in here as i have been on both sides of the counter) For example a 20 dollar strap might cost a dealer 14 bucks, but if they order it for you on its own it might cost a couple bucks to ship, plus taxes, plus paying somone to make the calls, send the check etc. they might end up losing money on getting it in, they are literally doing you a favour. The only way they can do well out of stuff like this is order 1000, or bundle the order with others. Which means you have to wait till they have enough to order, or they have to hope there are 999 other people who want the exact item you wanted.

NB: i am not trying to be a jerk to anyone here, or put down anyone's opinon, just to clarify things. but it can be really hard for dealers (particularly small/family buisinesses) who get pressured by customers to bring in small ticket items and distributers who only give good margins on bulk purchases and try and set the dealers stocking to what they want to sell.
 
yeah i can see that. I'm just gonna call up the NY shop and get my small stuff from now on.
