Streamer Stage II Customisation

Hello fellow Warwick lovers!

I have had my beloved Streamer Stage II for a wonderful 12 years now, and for a while have been feeling a need to customise it. It's a stock model, so gold hardware and natural finish.

I'd like to firstly change hardware to black, the gold is really starting to wear down and dull in places. In the future I would possibly stain the body/neck also in black. But this is another thread (Any tips and advice welcomed)

Could you correct me if I'm wrong, but for the parts I would need:

2 x Warwick Machine Head, Black - Right (A-Nr: SP W 30035 PB 1R)
2 x Warwick Machine Head, Black - Left (A-Nr: SP W 30035 PB 1L)
3 x Regler Knopf, rund 6mm, SW Warwick Dome knob round 6mm, BK (A-Nr: SP 30415 BK)
1 x St Knopf, rund 4-6mm, SW Warwick st knob, round 4-6mm, BK (A-Nr: SP 30515 BK)
1 x Warwick Bridge + Tailpiece, 4-string / Black (A-Nr: SP W 30115 4B)
1 x MEC Professional Buchse black MEC professional Plug black (A-Nr: M 50100/B)*

Anything else you think that I might be missing. And any advice is totally welcome!

*I've been getting some crackling recently, and think it may be the input. I've been told it's a miracle that the plug has lasted so long!

Only thing I see missing...Gotoh GB707 tuners instead of Wicks. WAY better. Solid , stable, sexy. They fit perfect...drop right in and you won't have loose tuning posts anymore

Unless you absolutely want to keep it stock of course.

I do get a wobble from time to time on the stock ones. I'll look into these for sure!

They have everything there, I ordered a full gold color replacement set for my SS2 5str a short while back.
Be sure to order a STEREO jack socket for your bass if you need one. A mono one won't do.

You raise a fair point! I've had a strap lock stuck in the horn for a good 6 years now. It just will not budge (after lube / wd40 / pliers...all sorts) So I just stuck with it. Anyone have any tips on removing / replacing. I can press the button down, but the 'ball-lock' bit must be stuck fast.

Black screws for pickups.
Make sure you buy ones with correct length.
Measure the length of a screw off your bass first.

Wow, these things are hard to track down in black (not COSMO black!) Everywhere is out of stock!
