Streamer LX vs. Streamer LX

Once in near future I will purchase a Streamer. Can take a while. I would love to have an $$, a German LX but the Korean made LX is tempting too.
Of course the new Pro LX has other body and neck woods then the German LX. Any opinions abou sound differences?
 
I might be wrong but with the woods used on korean models they will most probably look and feel like german wicks but sound quite different. Whether or not they will have the famous Warwick growl remains to be seen...
 
I am love the German LX, it has a very special sound in the mix, the sound is like a wall, massive and fat, still very articulated and tight.
The Streamer $$ is very fun to play, it is light, and musical, and versatile. But it can be a little boomy.
The Koream one should be inbetween I guess :)

About the German LX, what more can I say, I´m in love with that bass. Growly and cuts in every mix.
 
Didn't the old "Streamer Bolt-On" have a cherry body and a maple neck? Surely they're very similar, with the exception of the feel of the finish (which, IMO, is always a dead giveaway of an Asian instrument - they !!!NEVER!!! feel like expensive instruments).
 
If the Pro Series is good enough for Andy Irvine, it's good enough for me! Would love a Streamer and the Korean model might just be my ticket :)
