Streamer LX bridge - is this normal?

I took delivery of my factory-fresh Streamer LX 5 today. It's great, but the setup of the bridge looks a bit unusual.

The B-end is set so high that the bridge lifts clear of the body.



Is that normal? It plays fine - the action is good and it sounds great.

This is my first 5 string Warwick, so not sure if I should be alarmed! :)

This is normal. It's one of the many beauties of being able to fully customize your bass's setup! You can adjust this by loosening the locking screws(1) then tightening/loosening the adjustment screws(2). Tightening the adjustment screws lowers the bridge. Loosening brings the bridge up! When you're done adjusting, screw the locking screws back in, and you're all done :) hope this helps

About once a week for the first month or so, then about once a month.

I waxed my Thumb about five days in a row when I first got it... Yeah, I got problems.

I catch myself talking to my Warwicks. Kinda like Pee Wee Herman did to his bike... Good morning, I'm heeere!

Just back from my first band practise with the LX... and it's as punchy as hell. Sounds fantastic, and so good to play.
 
I had the same thing on my LX... It's due to the curved body.

We want more pics of the bass !!!
