I heard those when u posted and they sound great! Hard to find a badd SS2. The newer ones have a different top end and less warmth (imo) but that's not a bad thing.Someone just emailed me about it. Still thinking too.

Interesting observation about the newer ones. I actually did suspect that.

Some would disagree, but I think it has something to do with the age of the wood. Quality is superb no matter what age though.
