special pick-ups on a cs thumb?

hey people!

i just found a purple metallic cs thumb with green led! but something is curios the j-pu are from mec and the logo is in silver without the dynamic correction sign...

does somebody knows something about those pick-ups?

good point but the logo is placed like on the actives one:) please wait for the pics, i surf the net over my iphone which makes it a bit difficult!
 
Were they the Alnico(exposed poles),or ceramic bar Herb?

Isn't that how all the passive pups were prior to redesigned "dynamic correction"? I don't know when that would have been (before my W days for sure) but I faintly remember seeing these pups somewhere too. Or I could be dreaming...
