Something Completely Different - Freestyle

I have a buddy who comes by every so often to do a track of freestyle rap. He usually gives me a few beat tracks that I load up into Acid Pro, turn on the mic and he starts...I'm not into rap (at all!) but it amazes me how he just spits this stuff off the top of his dome...in this case, 7 min of it, non-stop. Quite raw, but here it is...

i gotta say.. I started playing hip hop music a year ago... I now play a weekly Freestyle gig here in NYC... live band, Freestyle MCs.

Some of the stuff they come up with is freakin amazing man. 1st Monday of every month they do rap battles... I've heard some hilarious stuff. I really appreciate what they can do, it's very clever.. all practice I guess? Like playing bass?
