So I went into my local Warwick dealer to see if the could order me in a new nut for my bass free of charge as they are prown to breaking but no suck luck they where actually less then helpful and didn't even attempt to contact Warwick and ask them.

Any idea on what else I can try maybe email Warwick directly?

Skip chains, go straigth here:

choose "support", "inquiries" and let them know what you want.

The customer enquiries form doesnt always work Travis, they never take 3 days to reply,it's usually more like 3 hours.Try the customer service thread here.Oliver & Florin are always keen to help out.
