'Slash attack'

PNWD! And it seems like the guitar gets out of tune as well.
 
Wow Cool .... Got to hand it to Slash for keeping his cool. If it were me, I think I would have come up swinging. Jumped off the stage and chased and beat that sucker down, so kudos to Slash for his professionalism.

I swear, sometimes fans can be so stupid. Playing in clubs Ive had my share of drunks coming on stage spilling their beer all over the place and the drunken ho's that try grinding on ya while your trying to play. But I never had anyone try and attack me on stage, or god forbid, what happened to Dimebag Darrel.

Fans, gotta love them, but at times, they can be pretty dam scary!
 
I saw a live Rolling Stones clip where a guy ran onstage & Keith Richards saw him coming,took off his guitar a clobbered him with it.Then proceeded to keep playing.Mind you,this was in the 70's.while Keefy was still pretty young.
 
I was at a Iced Earth show last year and the guitarist got spit on and he ask the crowd to bring him to him. The crowd proceded and the guitarist then punched the guy in question in the face. But, I admire Slash professionalism.

I would guess that wasn't the first time something like that had happened to Slash. He seemed unaffected, and picked right back up.

I have to admire Slash for that actually, he must have been absolutely raging inside but that was very impressive how he carried on.

I think Lemmy did one fo the best. He got spat on, a big greeny landed on him, so he wiped it off with one hand and put it in his hair and said, tomorrow I'll be clean but you'll still be a dick head.
 
i saw a interview with lemmy and he said some one threw a razor blade taped between two nickles at him he saw the guy and sent some road crew after him.i don't get it you go to the show to see a bad you like and have to do something stupid that could ruin the show.

Good eye ... I re-watched it and it looks like you're right.

There for a few seconds right after it happened, axl looked like he was ready to stomp that guy a new a-hole, but slash seems totally unaffected.
 
I saw Danzig at the Beacon in NYC and some douchebag in the front row jumped up and slapped him in the back as he was kneeling at the front of the stage. Danzig cocked back his fist like he was gonna blast that guy in the face!

OT-Soundgarden opened and they were absolutely Phenomenal! Stole the show.

I'm very surprised that slash composed himself so quickly!

You've got to give some serious kudos to the security too, he must've injured himself keeping slash safe. From one doorman to another: I salute you!

I think he got a serious infection from that too.
 
That´s why SLASH is one of the best guitar players, he´s not only a great player, he is a true pro, at least this is what I feel from seeing this video. I bet if that happened to, lets say, AXL, he would first stop the show, and then kill the guy... :)
 
Sorry dudez, but da singer in this vid is not da Axl...this incident happened last week in Milano (Italy) and da guy doing da lead vocalz is Myles Kennedy, best known as da singer for the hard rock band Alter Bridge (Wikipedia)...8:
 
I know that´s not AXL, these days he´s fat.

Myles Kennedy is a great singer... although the song I like the best from SLASH´s album is "by the sword" with the guy from Wolfmother.

It amazes my why any band would get Soundgarden to open for them.They were such a phenominal band at their prime,they made it just look look all too easy,& cool.Is it at all true they're re-forming?

The guy from Wolfmother's called Andrew Stockdale.That's another band that unfortunatly is no longer consisting of it's original members.I love the original line up,the new one's great too,but it's not the same Wolfmother mk1 imho.That magic just isnt quite as magical as it once was :(
 
OK... I admit the embarrassed ignorance. I did think he looked a little different than I remembered him, but it has been years since I saw GnR .... So I guess I saw slash, heard a GnR song and just assumed. Thanks for the correction. But it still looked like he was ready to do battle with the fan... lol
