And to prove that I take yo commentz seriously (even Emzyo'z !!!), I remixed/altered da audio on da vid ... I must confess that while I was busy exploring da many featurez of da Mixcraft 5 recording program I more or less forgot to spend enuff attention on how da bass'd sound on da vid ... shame on me !!

about da hat: I started wearing cowboy hatz as we call em over here, about ten yearz ago when I quit drinkin da alcoholz...Around that time a friend called me out of bed and in da rush (I had no time to comb and wax da hairz) I picked up one of da hatz that I was selling at that at time in my dump shop and at marketz at pop/rock festivalzzz... on my way to da friend I realised that if I'd alwayz wear a hat I'd save like 20 minutez in front of da mirror every day...
...besidez other advantagez that it haz (sun/rain blocker), da cowboy hat gradually became a sort of good luck charm that remindz me to stay away from da booze...heheh..and I think it lookz da kewl !
btw: I usually only wear it outdoorz or when I play with da band (and now also when I record Youboob vidz)...da funny thing iz that when I go out and don't wear a hat da people (even sum of my friendz !) hardly recognise me anymore...more than once that trick'z proved to be very handy
about da stringz: they're old and dead and tbh I'd already replaced them by da purple neon DR stringz that I got for my b-day from da kidz...sadly enuff, I broke one new DR string within 3 dayz...I didn't want to disappoint my kidz, replacing only one string would look stupid (3 purple and one nickel, imagine that !) so I told my kidz nuffin (they hardly see me play) and put da old onez back on and waited for a more suitable time to tell da kidz and order new onez ... guess I've waited a little too long, new onez are on their way now !
about da 'soft' playing style: I used to slap and pluck much harder but I changed it after a chat session with Travis (Moore): my biggest fail/nuisance was alwayz that with da plucking my finger sumtimez (too often !) kept hangin behind da string. Another thing that bothered me was that I hardly made any progress in da slap speedz...Travis adviced me then to relax more and slap softer and I must say that his advice was right ! Since I slap softer I think I make much faster progress with da learnin' (to slap)...8:
btw: I don't agree with Jester that I really dig in when I play fingerstyle...
about da Mixcraft 5: so far it'z awesum...imho it'z got all da featurez I could wish for and it'z very easy to use...however, I didn't use it for da video editing or audio/video syncing (tho it haz that possibility) on this vid cause I'm very happy with da Windows Movie Maker XP (old version !!!) as I find it very easy to use...just sum cuttin and pastin and da job is mostly done within a few minutez...much easier to use/better than da new Windowz Live (!) Movie Maker imho !
