i´m pissed.
1. when i got my new 411 nd in january, the warwick-shild immediatelly fell off (it wasn´t fixed properly by warwick).
well, not that bad, but it shouldn´t happen when you pay so much money for something.

2. today one of the castors broke. the metall-ring broke in two pieces, now the castor doesn´t keep in the cap. that´s really bulls****!!!!

my question: do i have warranty??
