Show your black hardware Streamer Stage II

Do you have a Streamer Stage II with black hardware? I have a thing for black hardware it seems. Seriously contemplating getting some for my 4-string. Show yours if you got! :)
 
Hmm yes thanks for that. On that particular bass I didn't like the matching headstock but nice to see the HW.
 
I just swapped my gold back onto my SS2 this weekend, and put the black on my FNA.
But did I take any pictures of it? Nope. Of course not.

Black is better. Much better.

I also think the FNA looks better in black.
I try to only bust out the Streamer on special occasions/nice gigs, so black hardware for the bar hopping bass.
 
HA! I was JUST searching google for pic of Streamer SS with black hardware.
 
I've loved this bass ever since I saw the old Incubus bassist playing with it... and I always thought woulda looked better with black hardware. Black hardware FTW!!

I think almost all songs during Dirk's Era do justice to the SSII's tone.

Took the black hardware off my Corvette Std and swapped the gold from my SSII over to it. I like it.

Okay... Your Corvette just got Sexier! The SS2 looks good too, but I can understand why Gold was the standard for SS2 and SS1's hardware. I can't see my Thumb NT with Goldhardware, but my black $$ is a different store.

Same here.. I could honestly be happy with gold or black on the SSII. I thought about changing it up a bit with some gold and black hardware.. like black tuners with gold nuts on the tuners etc. I decided against it.

At some point in the future I may get all new gold hardware to go on it. The stuff it came with was faded and I felt the Streamer deserved better. The black hardware is only a few months old.

I have a Hipshot xtender on the B string now, too. It was on the Corvette. I too think the Corvette looks great in gold!

Indeed the Corvette got sexier. Still the Streamer is so sexy that the black hardware only moves it into the realm of decency :)
 
You are all wrong.

Satin hardware is by far the sexiest on darker woods. Black looks cool on a natural finish SS1 only.
I might change the hw on my fretless to satin.
