Anyone have any idea what sensitivity the various warwick cabs are? the pro series in perticular...

From a resent Warwick e-mail respond:

The frequency response of the 211 is:
55Hz - 15kHz. The low.
Frequency is 48Hz (-10dB).
Sensivity (1W/1m): 98dB
Max SPL: 125dB
Power Rating: 400W
Impedance: 8 Ohm


And also about the X-treme amp heads:
...the bass poti drives a frequency from 80 Hz +/-6dB and the treble poti a frequency from 10000 Hz +/-6dB.

can someone give their opinion on the 410's sensitivity (101db) as i've just ordered one

mate the 410 is super sensitive,when I ordered a 411 it cried like a baby.

What the sensitivity measurement means is that at 1 metre, with 1 watt, at 1kHz, the speakers will produce xxx db output. Sometimes you'll see the spec listed as something like 96db (w/m), which is watt/metre. The typical industry test frequency used to weight this characteristic is 1 kHz, though subwoofers and other specialty drivers can be rated at different frequencies. You'd want to know what Fq they used to measure it in order to really know what you're dealing with. Also, the higher the number, the more efficient the speaker is. Hope that helps... ~M~

what i meant was how does it compare to other cabs out there...are most 98db typically or 95db...? is the 410 more sensitive than most...?
