Trade value £1150

Think Dingwall but made by hand in the UK

Absolutely stunning 5 string fan fret, swamp ash body, Bastogne walnut top, waterfall Bubinga neck, Seymour Duncan active/passive pups, 3 band Seymour Duncan eq. Aircraft Aluminium and bell brass one off bridge. Compound tech/brass nut.

No expense spared, even the knobs and inlays are Bubinga
A total beast made by hand by Sabre Guitars in the UK. Selling as I just can't settle with 5 strings.

Looking to trade either straight swap (stage 2 or something exceptional) or cash my way for a German Thumb or Corvette 4 string, based in the UK preferred but will consider mainland Europe.

Any questions ask away

Cheers Mark

Oh. I'm tempted.

I have a Thumb NT 4 from the late 80s (I think 89). Unfortunately for me - it has "only" 4 strings. So I don't use it as often as I should.

Location is Germany.
If you are intersted, I'll send you some pictures as soon as I get home from work.

Good thing you didn't blindly take that Thumb BO offer + cash then, that would've been real bad for you.

Very true, the guy is still emailing offering cash my way now lol, the "wicks" I'm seeing on here are a different league!
Can't thank you guys enough, I want my girl to go to someone who appreciates and an instrument my way that I can keep for life.

When you mean your girl you're referring to the bass, right ? :-)

Due to a condition issue on the trade bass the Sabre is back up for grabs. German Warwicks, hit me up!

Having such major Wick GAS for a 4 stringer, thought I'd just remind you lovely folk of this beauty :-)

At the bridge Low side 14mm, High side 18mm at the nut, low side 6.4mm high side 8mm.

Obviously this is string gaps not to centres hence the differences low/high
