Ruined NBAD

Well, about a month ago, I ordered a Krank D800 from Gearhounds (Dealer). They were on backorder, so the next one Krank made would get my way. Two weeks later, they sent one out, took a week to get to me and... Well the pictures on my Facebook album tell the story better than anything else.

With that said, the amp came in wrapped in cheap plastic, 8 styrofoam corners, and a power supply.

Yes, no manuel. Yes, no warrenty.

How did I know about this? well, I heard rattling inside the box, then inside the amp, and thats what I mostly saw.

Can't get in touch with KRANK, but Gearhounds have been good at taking and sending me calls and telling me that they will get to the bottom of this and get me what i paid for... A BRAND NEW AMP!

I got off the phone today from the "face" of Krank, also the creator of the Krank Bass Amp I've been lusting over and such... Chris Catero told me that this was either a brand new amp or an amp that was on faulty from the dealer sent back to them that might have gotten switched around sent to me. Either way, Chris told me that no matter what they got me covered. He just needs to talk to the dealer first to make sure what was sent to me, or whatever, then I'll send back the amp and they will send me a new one.

It's more than likely the amp wasn't suppose to come to me, because Chris believed that the bolt was suppose to be hold the transformer down so tight it was like one with the bottom of the amp or something.
