Good morning for all,

fisrt, sorry by my poor english.

Strong start on Monday morning, and see if you can give me some solution that I bundled ...

I have a Warwick Streamer LX5 custom with Basslines pickups and broadneck option which took a couple of weeks setting neck curvature. I have been making adjustments to the quarter-turn and leaving stand until further adjustment, but yesterday, when trying to adjust again and make force allen key, notes that the head of trust rot Allen has been rounded and therefore can not adjust it...

Wild as I fix this? I suppose that changing the screw of the neck, but is it very complicated?

Well, thanks for advanced, a greeting!

Welcome to the forum man!
First of all you should turn in 1/8 turns, not 1/4... And usual when you feel unusual resistance, it is time to stop. Also it is a good Idea to bend the neck to the back al little bit to be less tension when you do it....
Have you used a normal allen key, or the Warwick Trussrod tool? The tool has a different shape, and makes better contact..... The key is ok or it is rounded too?
I am afraid this will be not a easy fix, but we have guys here that have done it, so let's wait for their reply.

Thank you for your fast reply, Florin!

Sorry, but I want tell 1/8 turns, that It's was I done. And always tune down all strings to low neck tension.

Yes, I use Warwick Tool that its ok, not rounded.

Its possible that I have trust rot tighten at limit without has the neck flat? Somebody tell me this when I told the problem...

I hope that it can be solved by a luthier...

Thanks for all!

I am sorry to hear that mucatosh... A luthier will fix it, don't worry, but the bad part is that you will spend some money... Anyway, the Streamer LX is my favorite BO Warwick, I am sure it worth it :-)
Keep us posted!

Good morning again, guys!

Yesterday I mesured the neck curvature. Pressing the B string above the first fret and 24 fret and then measuring the height of the bottom of the B string to the top of 8 fret I measured 0,030 inches (0,762 mm), I think it should still be able to get flatter neck.

How do you see? Thanks in advance!!!
