Rockbass Fotress Pickups Issue

So I got my hands on a 2012 Rockbass Fortress a week ago, and I've been having this issue with the pickups.
The P-style pickups keep popping out every time i play a little harder. The First time it happened i screwed it back in and it didn't happen again but while doing a gig, the other end of that pickup popped out. I've put that one back in too, and tightened it , but if i keep it that tight the pickup height reduces quite a bit and it becomes slightly uncomfortable to play on. Is there any way the spring tension can be loosened a little so it doesn't happen?

I'd say, cut the spring down a couple of mm, stretch it and put it back in. Careful now, you don't want to cut off too much.
That's probably the quick & nasty, as opposed to the tidy, which would be "get yourself new springs from X and Y".

SO the pickup is unscrewing, not popping out with the wood insert together?
I am having this kind of issue with my bass too. I guess harder springs actually help better...

I would do like this:
1- set up your bass as desired
2- mark the pickup height using tape or something, so you will know exactly how to screw it back.
3- remove the strings and the pickups
4- put glue in the metal bushings
5- screw the pickups back to the marks you made.

This way it should stay there.... This is completely reversible, with a medium pressure applied, the screw will move again if you need it to.
I also put some tooth picks or something between the pickup and the wood (sideways) so it prevents the pickup to move back and forth or sideways) This also helps, because I guess this is the main reason for unscrewing.
