I got this beautiful bass Tuesday and I've been busy playing it, so I haven't have the possibility to post anything about it in here but here we go!
First some pics
Thumbrest is self made from wenge and the thanks for the gold tuners belong to Sascha, they look much better than the chrome ones. I gotta say it's the most beautiful acoustic bass I have seen or played. Very beautiful mwah ! Only con I can say are the slotted bridge pins ! Very hard to pull out and then again very hard to push back in. But that's not a big deal.

No amplification was used here. The songs are the first and the final song from my solo album.
And yes, It can compete with an acoustic guitar. (We tested nylon string guitar with pic and steel string guitar played fingerstyle and all I can say is that I'm amazed how loud this bass is acoustically).
