Another bassist gone. RIP, brother.

From a Billboard press release:
Phil Kennemore, the bassist of veteran hard-rock group Y&T, died early Friday morning (Jan. 7) of lung cancer, the group's frontman confirmed. Kennemore, 57, passed away at Stanford Hospital in California while surrounded by family members.
 
I must admit that I didn't recognise his name, but I do remember da band... back in da day I had a casette tape with a gig of Yesterday & Today that I'd recorded from da radio. I was da only one of da hardrockerz of da school who'd recorded it and as it wasn't as easy to duplicate music as it iz now, (read: almost impossible) it was pretty kewl & heavy to be da owner...Cause I couldn't immediately remember any name of any song I checked da almighty Youtube, and after a few guesses I found a few...It was da very first time I saw a clip of these guys, but I couldn't stop my head from banging as I heard da first notez from da epic intro from Black Tiger...

RIP sir.
