Hi folks,
new to the board and new to Warwick basses. I've had a bit of a bass revelation. For years I've been a dedicated Status player, owning several and loved them - still do.
But just bought a new Warwick Corvette FNA double bucker, rehearsed with it and now gigged. Wow its brilliant, effortless playing, great range of sounds. I'm totally sold on it, to the extent I will probably get one of the FNA Jazzmen basses - even trading in one of my old Status basses.

Hey Stu, how did you find Status basses - are they good all round basses or are they more just slap machines? :D
 
Welcome Stu - I played a Status a long time ago and found the neck profile a bit square, so never bought one...I think it was a 2000?? Must have another bash on one sometime!

Glad you liked the $$ though - must sound very different to the Stati (is that the plural of Status?)
