Hi everybody!
Here is a little video I made, covering Keith Merrow (https://www.youtube.com/user/diobolic5150) "Malfunction", with my new baby!

Poor video quality, but quite good sound... it's my first cover real on Youtube, hope you like it!

cheers!

wait thats an SSII jazzman? Awesome bass, awesome tone man. pretty damn good playing too ;)

thx guyz!!!

yes, it's a SSII with jazzman pickup config, but closer to the bridge! and compared to my Jazzman 5, it makes all the difference!
Really floppy strings helps a lot too in the tone :) (95-40 for drop B... loool and this beauty is still soooo tight & defined, that's incredible with such light strings! but I will switch to something a little heavier, sustain is not that good at the moment )

Sick bass + Sick music + Sick bass player = Freakin' Awesome!

+1

Very nice sound, playing... and bass... I really dig it, I listened the video 2 or 3 times in a row !! lol
The tone is awesome, is it the bass alone with your RBI ??

keep on rocking that way !!

thank you very much! But I have to improve my timing, I'm a little out of time sometimes...
yes, it's the bass alone with the rbi, everything set flat (12 o'clock) on both the bass and the sansamp. no plugin, the only editing was to match the soundtrack with the video... but youtube ruined the sync! I love how the the sansamp enhance the sound for metal stuff, without hiding the nature of the bass!

Thanks Connor :)
Yeah I just can't stop listening to him since I discovered his channel on youtube a few month ago!

Wow ... very kewl playing and a very kewl bass too man ! ... 8:

That was awesome!

Seeing the first part of your signature and the pickup configuration I thought it was a Jazzman, but it sounded like a SS2 to me! :-D
