RECYCLING

Howdy, I was wondering about my recycling and my Warwicks, but not my basses :lol: Basically, I have lots of old packs of Warwick Black Label used strings stored up, I dont like boiled strings and im sure just throwing them in the bin isnt the best thing for the environment. So I was thinking, why dont Warwick take these back melt em down or something and make them into new strings, maybe thats not possible, but thats my question, is that something Warwick would be interested in?

There are websites for recycling mobile phones, you send them by freepost. Why not do it for strings as well !

I can tell you that the current scrap value of steel is around £90 per ton in the UK.
