Really no Wax?

Hey Guys...
I´ve got a Question about Waxing Coloured Oil Basses...
Shoud I do this?
I mean, i heard that it´s good to wax them, but now, i read in the post down you haven´t wax coloured oil basses...
What wright, what wrong now?

No wax on colored basses. They are already covered with a thin lacquer.

If the neck is untreated should wax if every now and then ...

Natural oil (basically looks like bare wood) - wax

In that case what about something like Gibson Pump Polish? It states it cleans then adds a trace amount of lacquer to replenish the finish (their words).

i personally wouldnt bother. warwick intended their coloured oil basses to not need cleaning produsts, so they'll be fine without
