Real World (work in progress)

A work in progress, mainly the guitar "solo", which I did just to mark the spot.
Recorded with the V8 Thumb, through a TC Electronic RH 450. The Synth effect from a Line6 POD X3.

Thanks guys! Your support is ... something very good (can find the right word now).
As I said, it is a work in progress. Have to redo the voice, mainly because of lousy pronunciation: sometimes you can't tell "world" from "word", they sound just the same.
There's a guitar solo to be made, as I said, that one is just to mark the spot (maybe I'll find a real guitarist to do it).
The bass tone is really what made me happiest: the Thumb sounds really as I always wanted: this tc electronic little fella turned out to be a perfect match.
One thing that surprised me was the Line6 POD X3: I was always a detractor of PODs and its cousins, but the emulations on this one sound really good: not only the Synth, but the wah guitar is also very good to my taste; now, I'm eager to experience more. And since I've got this one for almost nothing in a trade... couldn't be happier!
This is the first time I post a song that I composed myself, so, any input regarding the composition is also welcome!
Hope to bring a definitive version soon!
 
man i love the tone of your bass! sounds similar to the tones Timmy from RAGe gets, but just a bit darker! nice and growly but fat! nice sound my friend!

Timmy's tone is really amazing, and saying that my tone is close to his is one of the best compliments I ever received. Soon to have new vocals recorded.
