rack mount Multi effects unit

im looking to buy a rack mount multi effects unit for my rig, thing is i cant find any, i just want one with the basic effects and not all the high tech shit, which i cant understand at the best of times, you guy got any suggestions?

All I can contribute with is: stay away from Behringer V-amp. It`s noisy as hell.

But what fx are you in need of? Reverb, delay and the regular, or distortion/synth +++? Lots of brands run rackmounts made for instruments in general, like:

Lexicon MX200
Digitech S200
Line 6 Bass Pod pro

Nady may also have one, I don`t remember the name.
