Question: Is the forum loading faster for you since this morning?

Hi guys/gals,

This morning I performed some database optimizations and reindexed the tables. It seems to me the forum has gotten quite a bit faster since I did this but then again I might just be biased. I haven't seen any timeout errors since though.

So my question to you: Is it faster now? Thanks for any replies.
 
At this moment the forum actually feels a bit slower than usual for me, but that could be a coincidence...
 
Right now it is really fast. Just a few minutes after my first post in this thread though, I got Database Error. :D
 
Seems about the same Marco. Funny you mentioned this as last night I optimized the chatbox table as it had a 50MB overhead. :)
 
I noticed sql server timeout errors again later today as well... Too bad, guess the server really is b0rked.
 
I guess right now everything is slower. I know I am slower :-)

also if you go on the site on a phone the chat box used to take AGES to load up - so any optimisation is good! :)
 
Faster. Used to crash on my mobile just by expanding a page. Chat box is much faster. Good job, I'd say!
 
Ever since I got Windows 8 this forum takes forever to load. DAMN YOU BILL!
 
As usual, everything loads perfect. No errors and dropouts. I use Safari on Mac and tapatalk under iOS. The best forum in all the aspects :D
