Hi! I'm new on the forum and unfortunately I don't own warwick stuff ( :( :( :( ). My dream bass is a Dolphin pro I and one day :roll: I'll own one, i MUST have that bass :) ! I found this video on youtube and Pascal is one of my bass hero and that dolphin is amazing!!

I just bought a 1998 Dolphin Pro I off of fellow forumer CeeJ. I will probably receive it on Wednesday. A long time ago, I thought Warwik only made the Dolphin as their special niche in the market. I loved its look then and still do now. Thankfully I discovered the other models, but the Dolphin was the crown jewel to me, even though it is not a traditional shape!

The one I bought has boire wood body, wenge/zebrano neck, and platinum hardware. I also ordered and received platinum satin dolphin inlay knobs to put on this beauty.

Once I get mine and take some photos, I want to start a Dolphin Club to add as a sticky.

Check thi forum's basses for sale, as Dolphins do show up for a decent price. Also check eBay and craigslist. From what I've learned, the one I bought is the most highly sought version - still handmade right before Warwick switched to CNC machines! Buying used, you not only can find a great deal, but you can also find a pre '98/99 model. Dreams do come true...

As you know you do not have to be aWarwick owner to belong to the forum. Check out the for sale section from time to time and forumers here posts good basses at good prices. if you are hesitant about a member ask other members about them. usually we trust each other here and treat each other like family.... for real.

Then my guess was right! I think that reference is pretty strong in my generation (born in the second half of the 80's), Final Fantasy VII made such a big impact, being the first FF to hit Europe!

Final Fantasy VII is THE Final Fantasy :D !! It' s my favourite game, alot of memories :) .

Where in Italy are you located? I lived in Viterbo in the autumn of 2005...

I'm located in thhe border between Tuscany and Liguria..
