where are you? if you are in the USA, contact Dana B Goods, they are the US supplier of Warwick basses and they handle practically all warranty repairs of Warwick basses (unless the damage is so bad it has to go bac to Warwick). They should be able to help you out if you are in the USA, but if you arent, then go look at the distributors list and talk to them.
 
If the neck is cracked by an accident (dropping it or something) is it covered by warranty?
