Old Bass

Wondering what the history on my bass is. Was told by a music store owner that "Really" wanted it that it is a limited production from approx 1968. Anyone here have any ideas that would substantiate his info. Thanks.

Hi Tony,
For this bass guitar, there is no model number or a mention in a catalog. Framus used to build hybrid instruments, mixing bodies, and necks that were in stock... It is built in LP style and are available with different headstock, pickups Etc.♣

It lacks the cover over the tailpiece. Otherwise there were several pickups and accesories used so there is notheng more we can say about the bass. More important is: do you like it?

I used to own a couple of vintage Framus basses, and they had a very unique, thumpy sound.
