Last night i broke the A string on my bass, and I guess that means I have to change strings:P
What are your choices (hard rock and metal) ?

Actually these ones
DR BKB-45 Extra-Life Black Beauties Bass 045/105
seem quite interesting to me, so as always I want to hear some advices from the other warwick owners

Tnx

Forumers choices seem to be areound Warwick EMP, DR, and Elixirs... You should try the ones that sounds good to you. Coated strings are probably better, as they last very much.

I'm a big fan of DR Strings. I have DR Fat Beams on my RB $$ 5 string. Made a world of difference. The Warwick Black label strings are really good too. I don't care for the red label ones that come on the Rockbasses.

Just finished playing with the DR black coated.
I just like them, so i think that's the choice :)

As a side effect, now I am planning to change all the chromes on my vampyre with black pieces. :P
