New 8 Track Recordings

Hey guys, done a couple of 8 track recordings with my band that you might be interested in. We used a Boss DB600 8 track recorder and then gave each track some minimal tweaking on Dolby Sound Booth. 'DWD' was done in a bit of a hurry, and the drums were not mic'ed up hence the poorer quality when compared to 'Glamour'.

Wow man... did you guys write these songs yourselves ?

Yeah man all our own stuff. The singer (Dave) writes most of the stuff and then brings it to practice, where we take it all apart as a band and stick it back together. He spent a long, long time on DWD, referred to it as his 'baby' b4 he first played it to us lol.

Well Pedro what I like most about da songs is how ya mix all these different styles together into something 'new'....
Whenever I listen to something I haven't heard before, I always try to compare it with other bands/music that I know ('bad' habit of mine, sorry )
...and when I listened to Rundownjack for da first time I heard da influences of many old (British) heroes like The Undertones, Dropkick Murphies, The Misfits ...even The Pogues !! 8: I Really enjoyed it buddy !

Cheers man! Yeah we all have different influences in the band. Andy (lead guitar) is really in to classic rock and metal, Dave (singer and rhythm guitar) is in to American punk, I'm in to slightly heavier stuff like AFI and Nightwish and our drummer absolutely loves English ska and punk rock.

I think it helps that we all like something different, brings lots of ideas to the table and comes out with something fresh!
