ive been looking into getting a new neck for my rock bass a fret less (the neck on there bowed really really bad ) and warwick Australia told me they do not sell rock bass necks so i have a question for you all would a warwick neck fit my rock bass vamypre ? and if so how much are they
thanks guys

Hey Wazaa,

You cannot buy a Warwick neck... You can replace a broken neck, by sending the bass back to us, but we cannot sell you necks, sorrry...

Even a badly bowed neck can be converted to FL. It just takes a full FL
conversion rather than a simple defretting. That would mean removing
and replacing the FB. A bowed neck is stable cuz the tension has found
it's natural release, at the cost of ruining the current playability of the
neck. But when the new FB is fitted, you will then have a neck more
trustworthy than almost any new neck, cuz it had already "unsprung",
and it doesn't need to do that again.

I think first you should find out if the truss rod can flatten it.If not?Take to a luthier & they can clamp it straight.
