That Tama kit looks awesome!

I used to have the same Eliminator pedals. They are great, but at some point I had to replace them. That's when I bought a Mapex double pedal with direct drive. Also very nice, but different feel. I haven't practised drums in a long time, though. However, it's still a lot of fun to play every once in a while.
 
Tonight was bandpractice night and wow just wow. Never thought another drumkit would have such a huge impact on the total band sound. Everything sounded more compact and articulate then before. The Dolphin's growl became more clearly audible and the guitar plus vocals punched through a lot better then before, without being overly loud.

This drumkit really upgraded our overall sound. Awesome!

Yep , a great bass & drums sound is the foundation of a band . Glad that you guys upped the sound feel .
