as stated in an earlier post..I recently went to tighten my truss rod and was met with resistence and nasty cracking noises coming from inside the neck when it did turn. After nearly a full turn I noticed no difference in neck relief. Im scared to keep tightining it and I dont really want to take it back to the dealer cause they are a bunch of idiots. Can anyone help or give advice in what is going on here...thanks.

I had to adjust the trusrod on my 4 string Thumb BO 3 FULL revolutions, because the neck looked like a banana. The first time I adjusted it 2 1/2 revolutions at once. There is nothing wrong with doing this (at least if you're adjusting it the right way.) If you have minor fretbuzz that must be compensated with the trusrod, yes, then you need to adjust the trusrod with 1/8 revolution at a time. Giving it some rest of a half hour or so can and will make a difference. That's what the manual is saying I believe (not explicitly). No way that the setup guys at Warwick are adjusting the trusrod with 1/8 revolution at a time when they first get a hold of it.
Anyway, I would bring the bass to a good shop Mush if you're not comfortable about it.
