2x 411 PRO, 600w 8 ohm

meh... must lack a little volume, right?

I mean I'm sure that the glasses five houses over don't fall off the shelves when you play, right?

If it doesn't cause permanent hearing loss, what's the point? :P

Earplugs aren`t made without a reason, my friend, and I can use it as a hairdryer, too.

I`ll get back with a rehearsal-report tonight.

Well, that`s the first evening spent with the Ash/wick or War/down-stack, and "boooom" indeed. It was loud, loud, loud, and bassy as hell.

A little undefined in the low register, but I haven`t toggled the tones quite yet. The horns did their job, and put out the articulate highs from the Vampyre just great. The top cabinet has the horn switched 3/5 of max, and the lower has it at 1/4. The mids....now the mids almost punched me in the face, I had to turn it down.

It`s just mean.

That lack of definition in the real lows is something I also found with those 411pro's. They're really punchy, but for real lows you need a different cab. My sound is more midrange, so for me it's perfect and bigger gigs are always with the 411 and 115 :)

You might be onto something. I usually don`t use my b-string that much, but I think maybe, maybe...a compressor might even it out.

Still, I haven`t been able to get time for myself to fully adjust the amp without guitars honking on in the background.

If Darth Vader had a bass stack it would look like that!
It sort of looks like it's contemplating how to take over the universe!

 Hahaha!

Vader: "this is the system panel that helps me breathe"
Rebel : "..and which one of these buttons calls your parents to pick you up?"

It sure do have looks, allright. I`ll have to take some real pics with my digital tomorrow.

The "ultimate" behemoth. You better be carefull with that rig Char,ya dont wanna go & melt a glacia.

It`s definetley an a**-kicker.

You know, the guy at the store just looked stupidly at me when I ordered cab #2: "you know you allready have bought one...?"

"yes, but I need/want two"

"..okey..."

Now I just need an Xtreme 10.1 and two 115 PRO`s....
