Yeah the dark spots are focused mostly on one side. As a guy who like symmetry, it is probably the first time I didn't care at all lol
 
I like how it looks. I like symmetry, too, and as we all know, nothing about burl is symmetrical. Burl is all about the random beauty of wood in nature.

No, no, not the spots. I meant the actual halves above and below the neck. Are they called wings? If his came from different trees, I can't tell. It's pretty obvious on mine but is in no way a deal breaker. Spots are beautiful wherever they are. Makes each instrument unique and identifiable. See, now I got to go play mine!:D

I do need to check one thing on my end regarding the COA.....I have a spec sheet (2 actually) inside the case, but it doesn't look like the o there PNUT COAs........does the COA for the current PNUT look like the ones from the previous PNUTs?
 
I will have to ask about this, once I hear back from the person who will handle the COA. Shouldn't be much longer....thanks again!
 
OK, so there is a regular COA. We need - the serial number and a picture of the instrument. We will get something up onto the web shop for the future to order them, but for now send me the info and I will forward it. You will recieve a proforma invoice, and once you transfer the payment they will send the COA. Please email me at [email protected]
