This seems like an awfully cool concept:



Music Virtuosity hooks students & teachers up via webcam for lessons.

Two downsides I can see so far are (1) I sense this is fairly new, because they don't have a lot of instructors signed up yet, and (2) Stu Hamm, who I really like, is a little too pricey for me. Besides, I'd probably be so nervous playing for him that I wouldn't accomplish anything.

Thoughts?

I think it's a great idea... And I have to admit, even though it's pricey I'm really tempted to drop the $70 US for a lesson or two with Stu Hamm...

Hey there people! Just wanted to drop by and say hi and let you know that if you have any questions, dont hesitate to email me and ask away. You are correct that the site is just getting started, although it has been under development for over a year. We are already adding to the site and incorporating some new things that I think will be very helpful to both students and instructors. Like I said, dont hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or anything that is on your mind.

As for Stu....I have done a test lesson with him and talked to him several times and I would not be concerned or nervous about playing in front of him at all. He is an extremely down to earth and just an overall great guy. We are extremely excited to have Stu, Kai, and Aram on the site.

Keep watching the site as we will be adding some new things to the site and new instructors in the future as well.
