I've been there once and it's a great place. And huge. Warwick will be there.

Anyone from here visiting? I might be able to visit on the 28'th in the morning, if I'm able to tweak my 2 weeks of holiday by one day (but I'm not in charge of those plans :oops: ).

since I missed the photokina last year, I might actually go down to frankfurt for the messe... (I know, not related, but hey, I have more passions than just warwick basses... :p)

I'll try to convince one of my musician friends that he wants to go as well... :p

I'm seriously thinking about going. I'll ask my parents for permission (:wink: ). Time to book some train tickets. Frankurt is like a 3.5 hour trainride away from Munich. We'll see.

What a great day :D I've been the first time to the "Musikmesse", it's very huge and one day is not enough to see all of it.
I arrived at 8:40 in the morning and gained entrance at 9:00am and stayed there as long as you're allowed, that means 6:00pm. My feet are hurting now, but it was worth very well :) After wandering around for some time I found the warwick booth: very huge (1100m²) and many basses.
The most time I tried some basses and I can say, it was a real pleasure to play almost all warwicks available 8) Then I watched Seth Horan, Jonas Hellborg and Reimer-Setzer-Duo play, wow, Seth and all the others were so amazing :D
Seth is a very friendly and humorous person :wink: I'm glad you're well again. (What the hell was up with that fool that almost tryed to push his camera into your face :shock: )

It sucks BIG TIME I'm sitting 1 km from the Musikmesse, Seth, H.P Wilfer, Jonas Hellborg and Co.

And I'm off for 10 days so I'll miss the whole show. Sucks, sucks fu**ing sucks... *slapping that keyboard to pieces*

I'm glad that you like the pics, it wasn't that easy to get a useful brightness because of the bright lights.
Patrick, of course, I'm looking forward to that, too. Don't worry, I'll tell you more about the Messe as detailed as I can, now you should enjoy your deserved holidays.

Thanks for the pics man! Sadly I can't be there. I've got other things to take care of. Plus I need to save all my money in order to finance a new rack. Would have been nice though...

I just had an idea: when I get a chance to have my ride pimped by Westcoast Customs (the MTV thingy), I want my ride to be stacked with a dozen of these JH amps................sweeeeeeeet............ :wink:
 
Sadly I couldn't be there yesterday. There was an offer from a local music shop: 50 € for bus and fair tickets. But I have to save for amps. :cry:
