More input jack problems

Hi. About 6months ago my 06 corvette fna jazzman exhibited a noisy jack connection, it was easy to make the jack noise out by wiggling the instrument cable jack (I tried several different cables and could make it happen with them all), my local luthier (also a good friend), changed the socket out and it was obviously a much tighter fit and the problem appeared resolved.........until tonight. The noisy connection has reappeared. If possible could I get a confirmation of the correct part number / socket specification so I can ensure that the right socket is connected. Also I cant find the schematic for the corvette fna jazzman ob rhe website, does anybody have it or know what it is similar to. Thanks guys/gals.
