Missing Strap Security Locks?

My wife recently purchased a RockBass Streamer (which she has been enjoying immensely ). Noticed both the manual and on the website it says that it should come with Security locks for the strap though it didn't. The people at the guitar shop we purchased it from didn't know anything about them either. Wondering if this is either out of date information in the manual/website, we got jipped by the shop (doubtful I have purchased equipment from them for years with no previous issues) or if they were mislaid somewhere between manufacture/packing and purchase (serial number suggests manufacture date of Oct/11). Asking here as I was unable to find a suitable email address on the main warwick site.

Hi KonigWolf.

They should give you the straplocks, yes. I mean the bass has the part on the body, right? The straplocks were inside the cardbox, in a bag, together with the trussrod tool and allen keys.

Even on old Rockbasses it was standard
We are talking about the new model, with 2 pcs bridge, right?

Hi, yes I have the parts on the body. I didn't come with box but did have trussrod and allen keys. Also yes its a two part bridge.

Will contact them again.

Thankyou Florin

so they must provide you the missing straplocks. I am sure it was a mistake, they can get lost easily...

Did the bass come in a rockbag case. If so, have a really good look in the pockets. I found mine hidden away at the bottom of a pocket after I thought they were missing. 8:
