My beloved Thumb Bo '96 had fatal accident, I touched open amp by strings keys :x, and Mec-Bec2 set was destroyed by high voltage. I tried to swap electonics from my second bass which also has mec-bec2. Fortunatelly almost all parts work properly, only plate mounted on hi/lo corrector pot is corrupted. Is it possible to use active Mec pickups without correction system - I never really used hi/lo correction. Any wire diagram, please ? New mec-bec2 system price is horrible.
