Looking for a 2004 manual.

I have found the 2009 manual pdf, but I know a few features have changed since 2004. Is there a PDF of the '04 manual floating around anywhere?

Nothing (that should be written in an user manual) has changed since 04, except the nut. And the nut is adjustable in the same way.
