The Hellborg series bass and amps are just great. That is by far the most incredible Bass Amplifier out there, nothing beats how that sounds. And that pre has surprised me in many ways. Based on a Neve channel strip, it has actually provided me with great Warmth for recording vocals and latin percussion like congas, bongoes, and some particular Dominican instruments. Really good for running a mic using an Upright bass, every day I discover something new about it.
