Seems like a one-off custom? Love the extreme shape!

That is a Warwick Stryker with a standard headstock.

BTW: Because of James LoMenzo playing such a Warwick Stryker in his time with Megadeth I became Warwick player. A 2008 Stryker was my first Wick. I bought it new for 1.800,- EUR back then... Retail price was 2.100 EUR as far as I remember.
