As a lot of you guys must already know, Dana B. Goods just held a program where you can mail them your information and they will send you a JANIII to replace your JANII. I took advantage of this since I was one of the unlucky ones to experience the infamous missing tab problem on my JANII on my RB Corvette classic. However, it has been quite a few weeks now and I have not recieved my new part. Are they not extending this offer to RB users?!?!?
 
i got mine, but they never asked if i used a rockbass... they just sent it out. it's fabulous :)
however... whoever they're shipping with right now must be terribly slow. It took about 3 weeks for me to get mine when he had said 7 days max. I called and they tracked it for me and said i should get it in about a week. a week later it still wasn't here.... so i called and they tracked it again and said it'd be here on monday.... and i open my door on monday, and there's my JANIII (and my warwick 2-piece bridge)!
 
Try DBG's again.The first batch of JAN3's were scrapped causing a bit of a shortage.Try again & be patient or just buy one for under $10.
 
they just asked how many strings i had and they sent it to me for free.
