About a year and a half ago, I bought 2 5 string Rockbasses. Within a few weeks, one of the jacks went bad, Warwick USA INSTANTLY sent me a new Jack, I installed it AND I WAS A TOTALLY HAPPY customer (As I'm STILL TOTALLY HAPPY with my basses).
Well, NOW the jack on my other bass went bad. I'm 99% sure I posted on this board to get the Jack mailed to me for the first bass. I don't like others messing with my Basses or any guitars. And it's literally a 5 minute fix.
Who is the guy that used to post on here (And probably still does) who handles Rockbass/Warwick warranty in the US? HE was the guy who made it happen last time (As Warwick originally wanted me to send the bass I think to California for this simple repair).

Oh, and after nearly two years of owning/playing my 5 string Rockbasses.:
I STILL LOVE THEM! I gig CONSTANTLY, AT LEAST once per week, generally two to 3 nights per week. I'm NOT one to take high-end axes with me when doing local gigging, which was why I tired the Rockbass line.
Reliability is PERFECT! They look GREAT and for what they are, THAT SOUND AWESOME! (My backline rigging is a Markbass setup).
My ONLY complaint (which, if they make good on the Jack for this Axe too, I will HAVE NO COMPLAINT), is how the jacks went bad so soon on both basses. AND I play wireless, so it CAN'T be I jerked on the jack. AND I have other basses I use when at home or in a studio. These two basses are literally ONLY used with my main working band on gigs.
IF your just starting out on bass and want to move up a level, or are a working musician NOT wanting to take your high-end axes gigging, TAKE A GOOD LOOK at Rockbasses! THEY ARE THE PERFECT TICKET! RELIABLE, GREAT sounding, easy to play once set up correctly and they look AWESOME!
