It's Wet 'round Here

So, it's Tuesday in the am and the weather is exactly like it was last Friday evening. Very windy and rainy. Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey has overstayed his welcome. I must admit that I was disappointed that the board wouldn't accept my vids giving me a security error. In the pic from yesterday is the floating dock with the water almost even with the parking lot-- a friend and I moved are vehicles to higher ground about an hour later.

So this at 1 am, and as a still photo it's sedate, but the wind is howling and the boat is rocking. Yet I am thankful that it's only a matter of time...

Here's the evening of last Friday when the storm hit the coast, the eye of which was about 170 miles to the southwest-- amazing how big the thing was.
